Shipping Policy Our online store is ready to ship products to the United States and Canada. All products are shipped via UPS normally, but we will accommodate most other requests. Returns Policy Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item to BigDaddyWebCam.com, for any reason, for a full refund. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned within 30 days after delivery, that are in damaged condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 10 days. Refunds We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Packing and Sending Your Return Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
